Something not quite right with your order? Just drop us a line within 14 days of receiving it and we’ll do our best to make things right.

Because our Yerba Mate is a food product, we can only accept returns if it arrives damaged or if we’ve sent the wrong item by mistake.

We’re happy to accept returns on our Mate Gourd & Bombilla Set and Tote Bag products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

As a small business, we do ask customers to cover the cost of return postage. Refunds are processed once we’ve received and checked the returned items. Please note that we may be unable to issue a refund if products are returned opened, used, or not in their original condition - unless they were damaged in transit.
